Esta capacidad tan particular de atender es innata en el ser humano, pero puede estar muy debilitada como causa de <strong>l&#8217; estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad y otros estados mentales negativos<\/strong> derivados muchos de ellos por el tipo de vida y en la sociedad que nos ha tocado vivir.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Todos tenemos momentos en los que nos sentimos profundamente conectados con el momento presente, por ejemplo escuchando una pieza de m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica, viendo un atardecer en un lugar alejado de la ciudad, escuchando el sonido del viento cuando acuna la copa de los \u00e1rboles, teniendo una conversaci\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica con un buen amigo, por
