Se realiz\u00f3 una descripci\u00f3n en la secci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos de la <strong>atenci\u00f3n plena<\/strong> como el componente principal de la intervenci\u00f3n. Se realiz\u00f3 una b\u00fasqueda sistem\u00e1tica de art\u00edculos acad\u00e9micos, de los cuales, 20 art\u00edculos cumplieron los criterios de inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Las intervenciones de <strong>mindfulness<\/strong> con los adolescentes&nbsp;, j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os en general se encontraron muy \u00fatiles y sin capacidad de producir da\u00f1o iatrog\u00e9nico, indicando la superioridad de los tratamientos de <strong>mindfulness<\/strong> sobre las condiciones de comparaci\u00f3n de control activo. El efecto fue significativamente mayor en los s\u00edntomas psicol\u00f3gicos en comparaci\u00f3n con otros estudios que no se ajustaban a los criterios de inclusi\u00f3n del meta-an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pr\u00e1ctica de<strong> mindfulness<\/strong> <strong>es una modalidad de intervenci\u00f3n prometedora para la infancia y la juventud<\/strong>.
