Es decir tenemos un peque\u00f1o accidente dom\u00e9stico, resbalamos en la ducha y en la ca\u00edda nos fracturamos el peron\u00e9. Esta acci\u00f3n no podemos cambiarla, ha sucedido as\u00ed y por mucho que nos enfurezca no podemos volver atr\u00e1s antes de la ca\u00edda y retirar la diab\u00f3lica pastilla de jab\u00f3n que nos hizo volar por los aires. Esta acci\u00f3n la llamaremos <strong>experiencia primaria<\/strong> o <em><strong>sufrimiento primario<\/strong><\/em>. Es aquello que sucedi\u00f3 y es inevitable (despu\u00e9s de sucedido).<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos la pierna escayolada y empiezan a aparecer unas cataratas de pensamientos negativos tipo: m<em>e van a echar del trabajo, no podr\u00e9 volver a correr, no quiero depender de nadie, c\u00f3mo carajo me voy a lavar\u2026<\/em> (as\u00ed es como funciona nuestra mente muy a menudo, no podemos negarlo). Los pensamientos alimentan emociones estilo: <em>qu\u00e9 vida tan triste, ahora no sirvo para nada, y si me quedo cojo\u2026. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Esta conjunci\u00f3n de pensamientos_emociones, que suceden a una velocidad vertiginosa y que pueden atraparnos en un espiral de sufrimiento cada vez m\u00e1s intenso, es lo que llamar\u00edamos la <strong>experiencia secundaria o sufrimiento secundario<\/strong>. Es decir la forma como nuestra mente se relaciona y saca sus conclusiones a ra\u00edz de la experiencia primaria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mindfulness<\/strong> o <strong>Atenci\u00f3n Plena<\/strong>, nos permite acercarnos de manera m\u00e1s compasiva y con aceptaci\u00f3n hacia el <strong>sufrimiento primario<\/strong> y as\u00ed intentar que los sucesos que van a aparecer con el <strong>sufrimiento secundario<\/strong> no se conviertan en un dolor psicol\u00f3gico que ya no controlemos.<\/p>\n<p>Es una tarea larga y que requiere esfuerzo.
