left;\">Pasamos una buena parte de nuestra vida comiendo y en general tendemos a realizar este acto en <strong>\u201cpiloto autom\u00e1tico\u201d<\/strong>, como una obligaci\u00f3n o un mero manera impulsiva cuando no compulsiva, alimentos en nuestro sistema digestivo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Cuando comemos, nuestros sentidos se abren, todo nuestro cuerpo se prepara para acoger, para asimilar, es un acto de apertura en el que la prisa o la angustia, el desorden y la falta de quietud hacen mella en nuestro comportamiento y se convierten en alimentos emocionales disfuncionales, mientras que<strong> la calma, el recogimiento y la observaci\u00f3n consciente resultan de una ayuda inestimable en los procesos digestivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: left;\">El concepto <strong><i>Mindful eating<\/i><\/strong> est\u00e1 ganando presencia en los \u00e1mbitos de la salud y la nutrici\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ya que presenta una ventajosa manera de acercarse al acto de comer y nutrirse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Obesidad, diabetes, s\u00edndrome de intestino irritable, anorexia, bulimia, dispepsias, indigestiones, enfermedad de Crohn, colitis ulcerosa son solo algunos de los trastornos sobre los que la practica de mindfulness demuestra ser sobre nuestro sistema nervioso ent\u00e9rico (SNE) tambi\u00e9n llamado el<strong> \u201csegundo cerebro\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Si bien el estudio sobre los cambios en la plasticidad cerebral de los meditadores hace tiempo que se ha estudiado y demostrado, el extenso campo de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la atenci\u00f3n plena en la neurogastroenterologia a\u00fan ofrece innumerables y excitantes sorpresas que sugieren un futuro prometedor en nuestra relaci\u00f3n con la comida.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">La red de neuronas que se encuentra en nuestro intestino delgado es de unos cien millones, un numero considerablemente mayor que las neuronas de la m\u00e9dula espinal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">El <strong>\u201ccerebro intestinal\u201d<\/strong> es la mayor fabrica responsable de la producci\u00f3n de neurotransmisores, id\u00e9nticos a los que se encuentran en el sistema nervioso central, tales como la acetilcolina, la dopamina o la serotonina.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Para darnos una idea, el 90% de la <strong>serotonina<\/strong> (tambi\u00e9n llamada hormona de la felicidad) se produce y almacena en el intestino, donde regula los movimientos perist\u00e1lticos y la transmisi\u00f3n sensorial.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos elementos importantes de cara a comer mindfulness pueden ser los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Almacena&nbsp;la comida en un lugar <strong>adecuado y ordenado<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Guarda o<strong> apaga el m\u00f3vil<\/strong> si tienes la ocasi\u00f3n.MINDFULNESS NUTRICION<\/li>\n<li>Beber un poco de agua antes de sentarte a la mesa a comer ayuda a realizar un cambio de registro y te ayuda a prep\u00e1rate para el cambio de actividad.<\/li>\n<li>Observa los sabores, la digesti\u00f3n comienza en la boca. Enzimas como la Ptialina o Amilasa se encuentran sobre todo en las gl\u00e1ndulas salivales y son las encargadas de romper los enlaces de los azucares complejos.
