Desitgem que aquesta foto es converteixi aviat en una an\u00e8cdota&nbsp;,&nbsp;per\u00f2 si una cosa ens ensenya la pr\u00e0ctica de&nbsp;Mindfulness, \u00e9s que<strong> \u00e9s transformador estar amb el que es presenti, aqu\u00ed i ara,  ja sigui aquesta experi\u00e8ncia, agradable, desagradable o neutra<\/strong>. Aquests dies disposem de<strong> moments \u00fanics<\/strong> per a connectar amb el \u00abModo&nbsp;Ser\u00bb amb el nostre sistema de Calma i Content i fer de la incomoditat d&#8217;estar separats un<strong> Oportunitat<\/strong>&nbsp;per a estar m\u00e9s connectats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per \u00faltim,&nbsp;<strong>donar especialment les gr\u00e0cies al gran equip de coordinadores, Teresa i Paqui.  <\/strong>Heu volgut estar al nostre costat en tot moment fins i tot quant la salut no acompanyava gaire, gr\u00e0cies per la vostra ajuda en la coordinaci\u00f3 del curs i el comprom\u00eds amb la pr\u00e0ctica i la comoditat dels participants.
