El centro est\u00e1 a<strong> 2 horas tanto desde Barcelona, L\u00e9rida y Gerona<\/strong>. El objetivo del mismo es <strong>crear excelentes condiciones<\/strong> para que los asistentes puedan disfrutar de un fin de semana en donde poder <strong>profundizar en la pr\u00e1ctica de mindfulness<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s en el retiro habr\u00e1 tiempo para <strong>meditar, ejercitar el cuerpo (yoga suave), caminar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, relajarse, conocer gente nueva y practicar espacios de silencio<\/strong>. <strong>El tema del retiro<\/strong> ser\u00e1 como cultivar <strong>estados mentales m\u00e1s positivos<\/strong> y disfrutar m\u00e1s del<strong> contento y del amor<\/strong> en nuestras vidas. Traer una linterna por si por la noche quieres dar un paseo. Si quieres puedes traer alg\u00fan producto para los mosquitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-7100069c-b47c-4c4b-a823-8b0bff4dde92\">El centro dispone de material para las sesiones de meditaci\u00f3n (cojines, zafus, mantas, etc..). De todos modos si quieres puedes traer tu propio material. Si tienes colchoneta de yoga tr\u00e1ela (el centro no dispone).
