Durante estos a\u00f1os hemos tenido la oportunidad de cultivar nuestra amistad de manera natural y sencilla y he podido contar con su presencia y apoyo en momentos dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las cualidades que siempre he admirado de Dharmakirti es, su gran capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n, pero en ning\u00fan caso desde aquel que tiene el discurso aprendido, sino desde una gran naturalidad y honestidad arraigada en su propia experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un momento en el que la palabra Mindfulness est\u00e1 viviendo un proceso de expansi\u00f3n incluso dir\u00eda que cierta efervescencia mercantilista, Dharmakirti siempre ha hecho especial <strong>\u00e9nfasis en los valores \u00e9ticos que sustentan esta pr\u00e1ctica sin los cuales hablar\u00edamos de otra cosa, pero no de Minduflness y Compasi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquellos que hemos sido sus alumnos, nos sentimos enormemente agradecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no he tenido a\u00fan la oportunidad de conocer a Ratnaguna personalmente, he podido seguir su trayectoria y me di cuenta claramente de la profundidad de su ense\u00f1anza escuchando alguna de sus conferencias y especialmente con la lectura de su libro <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.siglantana.com\/producto\/el-arte-de-la-reflexion-mindfulness-y-sabiduria-libro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cEl Arte de la Reflexi\u00f3n, Mindfulness y Sabidur\u00eda\u201d<\/a><\/strong> tambi\u00e9n editado por Siglantana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es evidente y as\u00ed lo dejan entrever sus autores, que, aunque ellos han escrito generosamente este libro, de alguna manera, sus ense\u00f1anzas, pertenecen tambi\u00e9n al coraz\u00f3n de muchas otras personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este libro supone la culminaci\u00f3n de un proceso lleno de rigor cient\u00edfico, paciencia, entrega y amabilidad consciente y aunque est\u00e1 bellamente regado por las ense\u00f1anzas de la tradici\u00f3n contemplativa budista, es generosamente \u00fatil y pragm\u00e1tico para las personas que no est\u00e1n versadas o interesadas en el budismo y que tan solo desean mejorar eficientemente su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os he podido ver por mi mismo como el<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/mindfulnessaccion.com\/mindfulness-per-a-lestres-i-lansietat-girona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">programa de 8 semanas<\/a><\/strong> contenido en este libro, puede transformar la vida de muchas personas que viven atenazadas por el sufrimiento, brind\u00e1ndoles la oportunidad de relacionarse con este de una manera m\u00e1s armoniosa, madura y flexible.
